I find the liquid shots provide a stronger and quicker hit than the powders all other things being equal. This is similar to most I've tried with the exception of added B Vitamins and Caffeine. I like the idea of added Caffeine for convenience. One less thing to take or think about. It tastes better than most of the brands I've tried. Currently tried 6 other brands. I would say probably 2nd best in taste. Some leave me feeling a little more tired than others. This one I would say hits about in the middle but with the caffeine kick helps keep you moving.
