Refund policy

At NuWave Botanicals, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase for EXP and Experience Products, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must have at least 50% of the product remaining.

• The item must still be in its original packaging.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at orders@nuwavebotanicals.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of NuWave Botanicals.

You will be responsible for shipping the package back to us. For your convenience, we will provide a return label. Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be issued promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please provide a clear photograph of the item as proof of the issue. This will help us process your return or exchange request efficiently.
