How Does Our Shipping Work?

Our shipping process is designed for your convenience.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM Central Time (CT), Monday to Friday, will ship on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM Central Time (CT) will be shipped the following business day.

For Mobile Payments: Payments must be received by 12 PM Central Time (CT) for same-day shipping.

For ACH Orders:

  • Your first two ACH orders must successfully clear payment before we can ship the products.

  • This clearance process typically takes up to 5 business days.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping applies to USPS standard shipping only.

  • A minimum purchase of $75.00 is required to qualify.

 

 

Guaranteed Delivery with Route Protection

All NuWave Botanicals customers can enjoy guaranteed delivery service through Route Protection insurance. Once you opt in, you are covered for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to opt in for guaranteed delivery.

Without selecting and paying for this option, we may not be able to reimburse you for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Stolen Packages

If your package is stolen, please file a police report immediately. We are not responsible for stolen property; however, if you choose to replace your order with us, we will cover standard shipping costs. We will also contact the police department to verify the validity of the police report before processing any replacement.
