Im trying to find on your website the returns and shipping policy. Is there a 100% guarantee? Where does the product ship from? Please and Thank you.

all our return policies are under the return policies tab on the website. We are located in Texas. There is no store we are an online company only. Shipping times are usually around 2-3 days. but because of the corona virus i would add 3 days to that. Also Ups and Usps are not guaranteeing shipping times so we have no recourse for a refund if your package gets there later than initially determined.
