How many capsules should a first time user take?

Hi Margaret,
There is .5 grams in the capsules. Due to Kratom not being regulated by the FDA for human consumption there is no recommended dosage. I also can not legally give you advice on consumption. However there are lots of public forums such as reddit and facebook groups that I have found valuable and informative at the beginning of my ‘Kratom journey”I would suggest checking those out.
