Got my sample pack in that there’s no dosage don’t know how much to take I am new to this

Hi George. Due to Kratom not being regulated by the FDA for human consumption there is no recommended dosage. I also can not legally give you advice on consumption. However there are lots of public forums such as reddit and facebook groups that I have found valuable and informative at the beginning of my ‘Kratom journey”I would suggest checking those out.
